Hello,
I
have created a very powerful workshop that is currently being
referred to as the 4-hour transformation because in 4 hours
Im able to work with a team small or large (10 to 100)
and help them break down communication barriers, build constructive
communication patterns, and function as a dynamic team. At the
end of the workshop team members are moved to tears because
of how good they feel about themselves, their co-workers, and
the child care profession. Its amazing to see the transformation
from the beginning of the workshop to the conclusion. And its
even more amazing when I follow up with the team several months
later and hear that things are still going great. Wow!
The
workshop is tailored to meet the needs of your team. Some leaders
would like their team to have more motivation, to be
inspired to do more than their fair share of
the work, to have the willingness to arrive 5 minutes
before their scheduled start time, or to meet deadlines
