The Sessions Before the first session, I request you fill out a Pre-Coaching Questionnaire. This will give me a basic idea as to what challenges you are facing with your staff and what kind of ongoing help, if any, you might need. Sessions can be either on the phone or, if you are in the Chicago area, we can meet at my office. The first session is always one hour. Follow-up sessions can be shorter.

That's why I offer this guarantee: I guarantee that at the end of a session you will feel that you have gotten valuable insights and useful strategies to help you manage, motivate and retain great staff. Your Investment It's very simple: $2.00 per minute. The reason I structure it this way is because different people have different needs. Sometimes, we can accomplish a great deal in only 30 minutes. There is no reason to charge you for more time than you need. (Usually the first session is 45 to 60 minutes. Following sessions can be as short as 20 to 30 minutes.) Although a lot can be dealt with in the first hour, clients usually find that they get the most value out of a series of three to five sessions. I accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. Charges are entered after the session. If you prefer to use a check or money order, that can be arranged. *If you feel that this is too much of an investment for you, I suggest you start with becoming a member of The Leadership Connection for child care professionals.
